Population Race/Ethnicity Breakdown
Our unique community-based healthcare partnership models facilitates enrollment of diverse populations from throughout the unique neighborhoods in the cities where we operate. To support further diversity within our organization, Cedar Health Research hires employees from various backgrounds, who speak multiple languages to support more inclusion for our patients. In addition to supportive staff, our sites are strategically located near major roadways and public transportation for easy access. For further encouragement, we can arrange transportation vouchers for those participating in our trials.
Technology Integrated Partnership
Supporting Data-Driven, Protocol Specific Feasibility and Patient Matching
We centralize recruitment through our technology partners’, Aspen Insights, AI patient matching platform, Aspen Forge. Forge connects directly into our various practice partnerships’ EMR/EHR systems and LIS data to de-identify patient cohorts for advanced trial matching and recruitment.
Aspen Forge allows for
- direct data connectivity to analyze population demographics across all practice partners.
- accurate data-driven feasibility projections based on our specific patient population and protocol criteria.
- complex trial inclusion/exclusion searches for patient matching with match reasoning.
- seamless integration with CTMS for a streamlined recruitment workflow.
