Hampton Richards M.D. is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and a managing partner at Walnut Hill OB/GYN Associates, a premier private Women’s Health practice with over 40,000 active patients in Dallas, TX. Dr. Richards has been awarded “Best Doctors in Dallas” by D Magazine every year since 2013 and the “Top 1% in Patient Satisfaction” nationally since 2014.
In addition to his clinical efforts, Dr. Richards is a founding member of Arbor Diagnostics, a full-scale Women’s Health specific laboratory service group. In this capacity, he has worked with novel technologies and data analytics to develop and implement Arbor’s state of the art EMR Concierge, which facilitates the integration and collaboration of previously fragmented EMR systems throughout Texas and the greater Southwest.

Walter holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an M.S. in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University. He is an accomplished software developer, data scientist, and quantitative analyst with experience in many diverse domains. Over his career, he has worked for leading Fortune 100 companies, including: Proctor and Gamble, Lockheed Martin, Ford Motor Company, Tobyhanna Army Depot, and BBT Capital Management LLC.
Currently, Walter is the Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Insights, a technology firm focused on defining the latest in advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence for health and human performance. Through proprietary algorithms and EMR integration, Aspen Insights’s core mission is to apply next generation technologies to resolve glaring gaps in clinical trial execution by providing accurate and precise patient-trial matching capabilities.

Todd Albin, CEO - Cedar Health Research
Todd Albin is a certified clinical research professional through the Society of Clinical Associates. He has earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami and his Master in Business Administration degree from Florida International University.
Todd is an accomplished leader in clinical research, specializing in site operations and patient engagement for over 20 years. His experiences include leading global teams for Synexus, PPD-Acurian, and other Contract Research Organizations in their efforts to support site and study-wide operations, investigator relations, patient recruitment solutions, and data management. In addition, Todd developed program-wide curriculums and taught as a faculty member for the Clinical Research Coordinator training program at Pima Community College in Tucson, Arizona.
Today Todd is leading Cedar Health Research, a full-service, integrated site network headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Todd’s experience prepares the organization to leverage technology and partnerships to improve the clinical research space all the way from trial development through closeout.

Ezekiel Fink MD, CMO - Cedar Health Research
Ezekiel Fink M.D. is a Harvard trained physician with triple board certifications in neurology, pain medicine, and brain injury medicine.
Dr. Fink’s clinical research pain fellowship focused on developing objective markers for pain in various disease states. Since completing training, he has performed over 12,000 pain / spine procedures using image guidance, consulted for the Food and Drug Administration on device classification / registration, and published, trained, and lectured on assessment of nerve diseases.
After joining Houston Methodist in 2014, he designed numerous industry clinical trials and was the principal investigator / co-investigator in multiple studies and trials. In 2019, Dr. Fink was recognized for excellence in research by the Office of Research Protections.
Dr. Fink remains passionate about innovating solutions to the opioids epidemic and as a result is a leading authority in alternatives to opioids dealing with a variety of health care topics including low back pain, headache, prescribing metrics, electronic health record design sickle cell disease, population health, dementia, and traumatic brain injury.
Today Dr. Fink’s positions include being a key opinion leader in matters relating to opioids for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Safety Council, an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA, and Medical Director of Pain for the Houston Methodist hospital system.
