Saumya joined the Cedar Health Research team with 7+ years of experience in Clinical Research with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in various therapeutic areas including Oncology, Respiratory, Neurology, Endocrinology, Cardiology and Vaccine studies with esteemed CROs in accordance with the ICH-GCP, FDA, and local regulatory requirements. She completed her bachelor’s degree and Post Graduate Diploma in India and started her career as a CRC, and over the years, she has handled multiple responsibilities in various roles like Pharmacovigilance Workflow and Team lead, Safety Narrative Writing, Regulatory and QA Monitoring. She has worked for clinical trials in Phases 1-4 and has experience working on investigator-initiated trials, sponsor-based industry studies, and co-operative group studies. She frequently works closely with IRBs for all Regulatory Submissions. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, travelling, and spending time with her family, especially becoming a cheerleader for her kids at their soccer games.
