Michelle Kravitz, M.D.
Principal Investigator – Pediatrics
Dr. Michelle Kravitz is a board-certified physician specializing in pediatrics. As Principal Pediatric Investigator at Cedar Health Research and with over 25 years of pediatric practice experience, Dr. Kravitz brings her many years of experience, knowledge, and passion to the team.
In 1992, Dr. Kravitz obtained her medical degree from Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences School of Medicine in Bethesda, Maryland, after completing her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. She completed her pediatric internship and residency at William Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso, Texas. Following her residency, Dr. Kravitz served various assignments in the United States Army, completing her Army service as Chief of the Pediatric Clinic at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. in 2004. She later became the pediatrician in charge of the Newborn Nursery at the National Naval Medical Center where she received the Award for Best Teaching Staff in 2006.
After moving with her husband and family to Dallas in 2007 for her husband to take a position as pediatric anesthesiologist at Children’s Medical Center, she has been with Forest Lane Pediatrics since 2008 and has been named on the D Best Pediatricians list annually so far since 2015. Dr. Kravitz remains avid in her practice as a pediatrician at Forest Lane Pediatrics and provides her expertise to further medical advancements in clinical research.
