Brandon Garrett
Brandon Garrett serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Minority Quality Forum–a Washington, DC based non-profit that focuses on patient-centered care and ending health disparities.
Mr. Garrett has served in many areas of the federal government from Chief of Staff to Congressional Black Caucus Health Braintrust Chairwoman Congresswoman Robin Kelly; Policy Director to Congressional Black Caucus Chairman Emanuel Cleaver; Legislative Director to then Congresswoman Marcia Fudge and Legislative Assistant to former Congressman William Jefferson. He also served as Policy and Political Advisor to then Vice President Joe Biden. Finally, he also has experience in the private equity world, service as a Managing Director at Paladin Healthcare Capital.
Mr. Garrett also previously sat on the Board of Trustees of Xavier University of Louisiana and has received numerous awards for his work in business and public policy including the CBC Foundation’s Health Staffer Award, Congressional Staff Association’s Leadership in Public Policy award, 114th Congress Stennis Fellow, Top 40 Under 40 Leader in Minority Health and Fund II Foundation Outstanding Leader Award.
